This past Monday I called you with an electrical problem. You responded quickly and found the issue with out any delay and revealed it to me. It was found that it was a Duke Energy issue. I being a retired elderly person was amazed with the expertise, kindness, and fully dedicated person you are. The anxiety that was within me and stress was relieved because of your kindness. How grateful we are. I have relayed my issue to many of my friends and the first thing they wanted was your name and phone number in the event they have electrical issues. This I gave them joyfully. We are in the process of remodeling our kitchen and needed all new lighting ( along with a new electrical panel because ours is outdated and a safety hazard!) Justin was so professional! He came a few days before he actually did the work to make sure everything was ready to go and to discuss exactly where he was going to put everything. He and his partner came in and did such an amazing job. They kept everything so clean you wouldn’t even know they were there. I am so happy with the kitchen lighting , that I have already made plans to schedule them to come and put new lights in the rest of our house!

Justin has done all the electrical work on our home, inside and out, since we began renovations in January. Since we were not living in the house until recently, we gave Justin our gate and alarm codes and he worked in our absence. He is completely trustworthy, has an excellent work ethic, and has done everything to our complete satisfaction. We have recently moved into the house and have had Justin on board during this phase of renovation as well. I double-dog dare you to find a better electrician! He will be our go-to guy for as long as we stay here.

Justin called me shortly after I left a message and kept me informed of his arrival time for our first appointment, which unfortunately got rained out. We rescheduled, he arrived on time and finished the job quickly in spite of having to run additional line from an alternate inside outlet. He was very patient and answered all of my many questions. In spite of having to drill through an inside wall and run line through some flower beds, everything looked like it hadn’t been touched after the job was complete. My husband was very impressed with the work he did, and Justin will be our go-to guy for any future electrical work. Even though it was a small job, he didn’t treat it (or me) like it was.
